★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good residential society. Very much accessible from kakurgachi and Hudco crossing. Mostly occupied by Kolkata improvement trust employees. Drawbacks, no lift facility available, very normal and basic amenities available including individual rented car parking. Approximately 250 specious flats, 60-70% occupancy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome Flats! Very spacious. Has a park nearby. Very close to the main road connecting Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue. (VIP Road). A very luxurious apartment. Only problem is there os a slum nearby of a different community/religion from which the kids create a lot of noise and disturbances also can damage ur cars with scratches and broken windows if parked outside the gate!
