We shortlisted a pair of shoes but were undecided because we had seen a couple of options on the Aldo website that we couldn't find.
When we asked for the sales people to let us try a different shoe, they had the audacity to day "already ek try kara diya hai (they've already tried one)"
FYI for people reading this. We tried 1 shoe while we were in the store. Not 1 pair, 1 shoe and we received this while wanting to try 1 more.
Nothing redeeming worthy here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service you can expect from any store, we purchased a 10K bag before and got it at a discounted price of 7K and it was bigger in size, but in a few days it started to wear out and we gave it for repair with their confirmation on a slip that it shall be repaired in 2 weeks.
Later when we went for procuring the bag, the bag was kept there and they asked us to choose any bag so we went and chose a 10K bag but they did not give us at a discounted price and charged 3K extra for the same.
We requested them to consider but they were rude. We as customer don’t mind paying the extra 3K.
Its not a question about the money, its about the overall customer satisfaction which they miserably failed at.
