★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi All, please do not buy Voylla jewellery...from any store ,they are big frauds and the staff is very rude and uncoperative. When you go to buy something they will attend you and make false promises .I was promised an exchange of jewellery but when I went to do the same the senior staff behaved quite rudely and refused the exchange. I bought it for 10000 and it was not value for money at all.The jewellery broke in just one use,all stones went black and was no longer wearable in just 2 uses. And when I told the staff that I bought the jewellery for 10000 the staff rudely replied saying that she just sold 30000 bucks of jewelelery. She was not at all ready to listen anything.Rudest behaviour ever and bad quality bringing bad name to Indian jewellery market. Down with Voylla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left my gold earring there by mistake. The staff had kept it safe. Everyone from their customer service center and their regional office were so helpful. When my husband went there to get my earring they were so helpful and professional. This is over and above the fantastic collection they have!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not purchase from store. They claim to have same prices what they are having on their official site but they charge almost double for the same product. I purchased two articles from their store in dlf Mall of India Noida but on the way back to home when I checked their site the prices were half. They are not rectifying the issue but giving excuses as if they are very smart.
They are cheating customer clearly. Do not buy from them. THEY ARE CHEATING PEOPLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff and behaviour. They didn’t provided the bill and when later asked they said printer not working but when forced they provided in 2 mins. Box not provided, we had to ask specifically. Amd their behaviour is too rude. Not sure what kind of training they got to treat customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So today was my first experience with this brand and I was amazed to see the collection inspired by nativ and regional arts in our country
They have bought life in the art forms like Madhuvani, miraki , fullkari,ajrakh,darvari etc etc. They have bought the palaces and carvings in the intresically carved hand crafted jewellery and at price you can't imagine. Right now I got Ard 14 peices worth Rs. 25k for just Rs. 12.5 K as the entire stores was on 50%.
Additionally the best part is their staff is so involved in helping you select your perfect peice with lot of passion and know how on the jewellery , just gets what you are looking for and transforms the same in picking select products that will appeal us. So far this is my highest one go shopping with artificial jewellery. Loved the collection and will come back for sure.
