★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed by the behaviour of the staffs as well as the manager. They are so rude to customers. Behave like they are giving their own money to customers for free, nonsense. Atm never works. Always out of service or no cash available. Pathetic.

I can give surety in writing if you take a survey of customer satisfaction of this branch Allahabad Bank Sector -125 Amity University more than 99% customer are not satisfy with their service and attitude towards customers. The Manager is very aggressive and pathetic
Also, answer the following things for Allahabad Bank, Amity University, Sector -125, Noida: (The Bank itself is failed to answer)
1. Are we here as customer or beggars?
2. Why doesn't the bank provide behavioural / soft skills training to the bank employees before they are actually on the Floor to talk with the customers?
3. Why are the Bank employees always in aggressive and in bad mood?
4. Why the server of this branch is down most of the time?
5. Why the Allahabad Bank Sec -125, Noida ATM is not working most of the times?
6. Why the Allahabad ATM machine, Sector-125, Noida has not money in the machines (Before 8th Nov 2016) -
At last need to comment - (The Worst Bank and Branch of India) Please reply if agree.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the pathetic experience of all time,there is blatant abuse of power. The staff,particularly the lady exchanging the cash treats customers like slaves. Exchange of cash here is at the whims and fancy of the staff. There was a refusal to exchange cash without any ground causing major inconvenience especially at this time of immediate need. Misbehaviour by this one particular staff member (incharge of exchanging the cash) is a disgrace to this otherwise efficient branch.
