Even the staff doesn't know how to speak to customer.
Worst bank I have came across and the staff is highly unprofessional...wish there was an option for no star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say Allahabad bank is one of the worst bank in Public Sector which I have seen in my life time. Please take this email very seriously… and read each and every word what I have mentioned.
The reasons for the same are:-
1. Internet banking transaction password corrupt automatically and to get the new password we need to wait 15 days at our home address to get the Transaction Password. And once we get it expire again and again the same process.
2. Mobile Banking is Chargeable .
3. Cheque book is chargeable.
4. Number of ATM are very less in the India and Maximum time ATM is shutdown due to technical reason or one or any reason.
5. ATM card is chargeable.
6. Phone Number SMS are chargeable
7. Service is very poor as compare to any other bank.
8. Maximum time your bank server is down due to one or another reason. For the same we can’t withdraw our own hard earned money. They just simply say come tomorrow .. and tomorrow and tomorrow never comes.
9. To use own money I need to transfer the money from your bank to another good service bank so that I can use ATM and above all services in proper manner.
10. They open unnecessary no’s of account for the same person to get different ATM’s Card, Saving Passbook, Cheque book and once we get the account number does not match for the same our salary is not credited for 4-5 Months.
11. Also forces to open LIC account, pension accounts etc… to get the commission..
12. The Staff which are in the bank are not having proper behavior and not giving proper resolution on time.
As you are aware we are maintaining our salary account we can’t change from your bank to some other bank. This is bad faith that we are having your bank in our Amity Campus which we don’t want to continue. (Please take this above things very seriously Impt Note: if you take feedback from 100 customers of your bank then all 100 customers would be giving bad feedback of your bank). [Do try this if you want to know more about your bank]
If POSSIBLE THIS BANK SHOULD BE CLOSED FOR EVER,,,!!!
