They said that my account is blocked so to unblock it I have to fill my kyc which I eventually did and had to write an application to transfer my account, now it's been almost two weeks and my account isn't transferred moreover it's still blocked. Amidst the covid situation it's become a hassle to travel 11 km again and again to the bank to solve my problem.
I feel like employees lack diligence .
