★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE! Absolutely disgusting service. I went around 1 PM on 24/11/21. The owner/manager who was sitting at the cashiering desk has no what-so-ever respect for you as a customer. I went there about 2-3 times as his "paytm" machine was not working (firstly, it seemed like it was my fault to choose GPAY as mode of payment lol). The manager reluctantly told me that either card or cash only or else come after half an hour. The store was empty with 2 staff and one manager. They had all the time to assist me and the staff did help me out very well. However, when I finalized the clothes and reached out for billing, the manager behaved with an attitude like he was giving me clothes for free!
My shopping was worth INR 11,000 however I asked him a few times about valuation so I can calculate discount since there was an ongoing offer on purchase of 6999, 9999. YES I HAD QUESTIONS AS A CUSTOMER about the discount and I HAD THE RIGHT to ask 3 - 4 times in order to confirm and get the most out of the offer. The guy on the desk rudely said that I must not ask him more questions. Later, I told him that I came there specifically because someone suggested and did not go to any mall. Could you believe that guy said "You are more than welcome to go to the mall!" He did not give a damn about my mindset as a customer. I felt like I was wasting his time by just being there in front of him.
I told him that it is fine to be upset because of a customers question but at least do not make customers feel that they are unwanted. It was not even busy and had all the time to clarify. Can reach out to my e mail for further clarification. In the end, he was stubborn and was like "do whatever the f* you want and get lost, don't waste my time."
