Staff is extremely laid back and unwelcoming . Basic courtesy to customers is missing and would keep you standing and waiting in que once the sale is done. Running coz of the good name made up by the ancestors

He guided us with the best possible plan for gold scheme and also showed all the designs.
Man has amazing customer pulling power.

Nobody attended us and security was rude. You go in and wait forever to get service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely nice designs but that’s the only thing to you will like there. Don’t visit after 7:30 most of the staffs goal would be to make you run from store as soon as they can. Doesn't matter if you buy or not.
Keep a lot of time on you when you visit this place … Staff is extremely laid back and unwelcoming . You have to figure what you need from display n then decide on buying.
Customer service can be much better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The displayed variety of designs are less in this store compared to Pune stores.The making charges are on higher side if you compare with any other jewellers.But,one cannot doubt the authenticity of their products.I am their customer since last 8 years. Though I'm not much satisfied with the designs here, still I am a satisfied customer as my preference is gold.So that ,In future I can exchange it for cash without any Ghut.

The store is well organised and have sign boards around which help the customer to reach their desired counter. The service is also very customer centric. Overall experience was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experinece with PN Gadgil was really bad. First their makring charges are very very high. The questions as a customer we ask them they answered as it is process and their representative only answered. The customer is not important for them. Even we want to change the selected piece then they again want to charge making charges. I hope some one is looking after what is happening as we went because of their name in the market and they have very limited design, NOT MANY CHOICES NEED TO TEACH THECM customer view or opinion is also important more than their processes.
