If you are required any type of loan thay given follow up every time but if you are closing your loan thay are saying sir approval required apka approval aya nahi ab tak rukho 1 din and sales executive also not respond properly
Office employees are full time pass on office timing thay are not responsible any type of work
15 to 20 minutes works thay are given minimum 2-3 hrs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely pathetic and hopeless bank especially the branch in Thane (3rd floor, above RBL bank). The staffs are so unprofessional, they take 1 to 2 hours just to type a letter. Even the staffs are not loyal to the customers. They are like Sir kaam hai, time lagega attitude. They asked me to wait for some time to get the papers, as it was very urgent for me i decided to wait. But trust me, I waited for 4hours and still they didn’t provide me. And asked me to come on next day. And when I called them on next day, they were like with in 1 hour me ho jayega but it never happened. Finally i got the paper after "SIX DAYS''

They Assured for loan But Rejected giving reason that they dont believe but..before taking my money they assured for loan ...Staff Dont Have Courtesy to inform about status...they Make me wait half an hour to just talk wid Bm...Dont Trust These Fraudsters....pathetic worst...Mannerless Shameless People...They treat you like Beggers....Hopeless
