★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave three pants for alteration and the tailor did the worst job possible to my pants. upon complaining the front desk assured that they would rectify the mistake......they didn't. In fact they have returned the pants in a condition that they are beyond repair after keeping it for days......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic front desk. Generally exchange is allowed on goods purchased unless ‘No Exchange’ or ‘No Returns’ is explicitly mentioned. We purchased 3 garments under Buy 1 Get 2 scheme and one piece was not up to the mark so we went back for an exchange but to our surprise they mentioned that this is under ‘End of Season’ sale and can't be exchanged. This was festival sale (Eid) and not a typical clearance where exchange/ returns are not allowed. They never mentioned the terms when we were purchasing but pointed out a term mentioned in very small fonts when we went back to return. We didn’t expect such poor customer service from a brand like ‘Allen Solly’. I wouldn’t recommend particularly this store to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for the price. its an outlet wherein which you could get a bit old collections with good discounts. Please be bit cautious on quality of the products because of old stock. I am buying from this shop for the last 2 to 3 years and completely satisfied. I came across some defective products while selection. Once I exchanged the defective pant after a day of my purchase and they accepted without any question.
