★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been buying travel bags accessories and foot wear from here few years now. We were told that lifetime warranty for travel bags for Samsung premium products. Recently my bag (one year old) had to be given for service because lock is not opening due to malfunction. Lock has been replaced but we were charged 700 INR. Either Samsung is giving false promises to customers or vendor is earning money on their behalf. We are really disappointed and will not buy any goods from this store. Hope Samsung will take note of this incident.
