★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad place to have snacks and tea. Had grilled sandwich and cheese garlic bread and both were horrible. I should not talk about tea at all. Guy doesn't have way to provide receipt for the bill. Overall very disappointing place.

Watermelon ice tea and Green Apple ice tea is really awesome with the delicious Burger.
Pasta also too good.
Spacilatity Of EGGless pan cakes and Waffles are awesome and yumi.
Sitting arrangement also preety well.
Deserts are nice.
Decent Price .
Must try WAFFLES.
