★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst pizza ever, you can probably just call it a burnt pizza base with a bit of cheese topping on it, costing Rs. 320 plus the delivery charges that you pay to swiggy. The looks and the taste both are awful. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The ambience is rustic, there are limited tables so you might have to wait a little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza Bakery has been long pending on my list of newbies to try in Bangalore. When they had just opened, when I make a plan to visit friends near Indra nagar, around evening, I have always chosen Pizza Bakery. But unfortunately they are closed in the afternoons, and reopen only after 5.30, so I end up heading to the adjacent Tata Cha.
Not sure if they still operate like that, but when they opened in Whitefield closer to home, wanted to at least order from them and that only happened recently.
Pizza Bakery is known for their artisanal sour dough pizzas and their supposedly best Tiramisu of Bangalore.
That’s exactly what I ordered for dinner, a Truffled Fungi Misti Pizza, and a Traditional Tiramisu.
The Fungi, aka Mushroom pizza was a delicious overload of earthy mushrooms, sprinkled with red paprika, a good dose of mozzarella, sweet caramelised onions, some micro greens, and a generous dose of truffle oil. The result was a baked pizza perfection. Absolutely loved the freshly baked crust and the toppings were simply perfect in this gourmet heaven.
Traditional Tiramisu with a not so traditional mocha Icecream accompaniment was a delight. An indulgent dessert after a superb meal, undoubtedly the best in Bangalore, next only to the version made at home.
A sea change from your regular run-in-the-mill Pizza Delivery Experts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A truly classic, rustic, flavorful experience. Flavors were bang on. Fresh produce. Spot on service. If you're looking for authentic Italian food cooked with authentic ingredients (Read: San Marzano tomatoes) finished off in a wood fired oven, then look no further. Ordering via zomato from here doesn't cut it. Go for the in-person dining experience.
