★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst service provider ever. It been barely a month, i have to call them multiple times, almost every single day asking them to fix it. But no one is ready to take responsibility, even after charging 4k as installation charge. WFH has become even more difficult with this internet connection, especially when I have to work on AWS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First I was not sure about taking alliance connection after reading reviews online but I took risk and now I am satisfied with the service.
Pros: Maintain stable speed vary from 45-50 Mbps (mine is 50Mbps subscription)
Support dual bandwidth and modem plus router configured devices.
Cons: Service centre is bit unprofessional but they do decent and resolve your problem immediately.
Installation charge is bit high- 1000 rs service charge + 1500rs modem + 2400 - router (buy it online at 999 rs (Tenda)) + 590 rs
This is what you will pay for first month then 590 rs coming months .

Writing this review after using one month there so called Fiberoptic cable broadband network ( Provide - Alliance cable network). First Of all - Very Very costly - They charge 4600 for cable + ordinary Tenda router (with 2 antenna 2.5 ghz) and also took 200 extra for those who came to install. The speed always vary from 0 to 20 mbps but never stable. VPN connectivity is a major issue and it will keep dropping. In a day 4 times when there is "No Network" and mostly whole night there is no network. Whenever I call them they give one or another excuse.
Service is very very poor.
When I asked that you are unable to give me proper service please refund me they said it's non refundable. Imagine I paid 5K for this poor network and after one month I'm again looking for some one else for better service network and again I will have to pay.
Do not take any connection or service from them otherwise you will feel cheated and looted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially this company has offered amazing customer support but later with expansion they couldn't manage the mass customer. If you are OTT lover and willing to watch movies and listen to songs, Alliance is not a good option. I face buffering on watching Facebook, youtube, Netflix and Amazon prime videos.
I have requested to the customer care and also spoke to local service provider but still I get no resolution to my problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alliance broadband is one of the worst providers ever. Jio mobile gives you better download speed. The local customer support is pretty similar to their service which is unresponsive. Recently got an update that Airtel Xtreme has started providing their services in Varanasi. Going with their plan as soon as this plan expires.
