★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very bad experience, they just want money but they don't know how to provide service, internet will go for 3-12hrs,they just say it will take 1hr , 20mint, bas ae Gaya..., this is my 9 month experience, now I am switched to different service, initially they took 1k for installation, 1.5k for moderm box ...they told when u cut they will return 1.5k ... But still they haven't give, if u ask for bill they will give after 2-3 months, but for installation, modem they won't give bill, first u pay then only they recharge, if ur net is slow then it's ur problem, first they want money. And they won't pick up the call and won't listen what u r trying to say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will refer it to everyone because of its service as I have read its review it has some good and bad even and in that I would say when I was using its service through its operator then the service was not good net didn't worked for more then weeks but once I shifted and started taking service from direct company I never felt any problems as my connection is at same place
I would say there is no issues from companies end the operators make it worst its price is little high but looking at the service and respect they give to customer I am satisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think if network gets disturb sometimes then its ok because technical issues may occur without informing but they make efforts to keep the net run smoothly without any disturbance and at least they have numbers where you can lock your complaints and they solve the complaints in the same day. I am using broadband for more than 2 years I am very happy with the reasonable package plan with unlimited data and best service
