★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Internet provider. The management is very poor. Wants to get payment on time but never deliver services. In a month , 15 days net doesn’t work . There is a madam who controls complaints. When you ask her regarding solution she stops picking up the calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This isn't just a review its a warning to anyone who is even thinking about getting a connection from this massacre of internet service providers the speed would fluctuate from medium to low even in the 50 mbps plans. Customer service is just pathetic especially the guy who answers your call is very unprofessional and seems to be mannerless in general. Apart from this the connection is disrupted atleast 2-3 times a week for almost 5-6 hours and they won't pick up your calls when your connection is down basically its that your work and you don't matter to them they would fix it whenever they fell like it . Kepping everything apart i was still using this service sincee i had paid a huge amount on security money etc but now whenever there is a crisis say a curfew or even a simple strike they would shut off the internet and blame it that fiber is broken and we would continue the services once everything normalizes while other broadband like gtpl and tikona work fine. This company is nothing more than a scam to loot off people and make them suffer. Moreover don't come under their influence when you call them for a connection they would lie to you and butter you up with so much passion that you might think maybe the reviews on google goge are wrong. Just don't go for it. They are all lairs and just a scam company.

They bug you for prepaid payments, unjust price hikes and yell at you if you register complaint. Mr pramod singh is running this franchise and part-time yells at customers for lodging complaints calling them a liar. He constantly tried to dominate and yell at my dad when we complained that we could not do a video call appointment with our doctor due to no internet.
They take money from everybody and selectively disseminate internet to whoever they want. If mr pramod singh continues to be the manager there is no hope there, no self-respecting customer would give their money and be yelled at by him.

If you want to be talked rudely by their manager mr pramod singh whenever you have a complaint, only then buy this internet. Not only do they keep increasing prices to exorbitant amounts but also leave you helpless if the internet doesn't work. There is no action on complaints. I got a video appointment after 5 months of waiting with my doctor for which i made the timely recharge payments too even after the price hike, mr pramod singh outrightly called me a liar that the internet was down and talked extremely rudely with my father. I will have to wait another 5 months for an appointment just because of these unprofessional managers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They provide only 1 customer care number and it’s always busy. And luckily if you get connected, then also there’s negligible chance that your issue will get resolved. They charge hefty on installation and and you have to purchase your own router whereas all the major companies provide router and installation service free. And the best part is their worst service. They never try to understand and resolve their customer issue.
