★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst possible service..if you want to invest in headache then only purchase this connection... customer service is non responsive and rude as if they own you....and connection itself is of very bad quality...it only works for frst month then start giving you headache....waste of money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per the price, service is very preferable but after you start using it is not what anybody want after every 2 or 3 days some problem always occurs as per the plan network connectivity promised you will never get even 1/8 of it. And at the time when your plan expires it got automatically activated and when we tell them to deactivate it they don't do it directly even they will charge you for the extra usage which they had provided you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the poorest internet service that you may get in the entire world. The pack's top speed choosen by you can only be seen in their speed check app other speed check services shows just half or even less.
When complain about speed is raised their support staff comes and ask for a bottle of water , drinks it , runs again the same tikona speed check and say we should expect speed between 1 MBps and top speed of the pack selected and we should raise complain only if net speed is 0 MBps.

If you get this broadband then you will want to disconnect it but you will not get any refund and still disconnection will take around 2-3 months.
Never buy this or you will regret it.
My experience: I was in need of brodband due to wfh, so I saw tikona leaflet and it was looking good by the looks of it so I called the number.
He told me that router will be free and he will charge 1000 extra for that and I can keep the router upon disconnection.
My biggest mistake was I didn't read the reviews before buying the subscription. There was 2 - 3 days delay in setting up the connection. After setting up he asked me to verify speed and at that time I was getting good speed around 35-38 as my connection was of 40mbps.
After the next I started facing the issues and I called the customer care and the same guy came and told me to not call customer care and call him directly. Then I use to call him and he use to say everytime that it will take 4 -8 hrs or days or the issue in the core network and he can't do anything.
Then I saw the reviews and I was shocked that how many people have been trapped into the plans of this fraudulent company (see the review on quora or anywhere).
Then I told customer care for disconnection, they told they will not provide the refund.
So I continued as my plan was of 6months.
After 5 months I applied for disconnection again and after around 50 to 100 calls from customer care and after filing 5-10 complaints on different forums. My disconnection was completed in November. (I requested disconnection in July).
Always wait for full and final settlement mail. (If you didn't recieve it, that means your connection is active)
They will tell you charges have been stopped don't believe it.
Fraud company (wait till you get threat calls from their fake lawyer) asking you to pay the bills.
