★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience must tell you, even their customer care is pathetic and non responsive. When you have problems, you register a complaint and that complaint is shown to be resolved without anyone contacting you even. They install such a router which cant even give proper internet connection to the other room in a 2 bhk floor which happened in my case. There are many other good option like Excitel, Tikona in Varanasi will explore them...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst internet in Varanasi. GTPL spreader in multiple service but service is so poor and can't compare with local providers. Never recommend for GTPL to anyone. Frequency of getting down is everyday. Customer care also respond very unprofessional way. Pls don't use GTPL in Varanasi at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad Services, Bad Internet Speed, Very rude Staff Behaviour. Very much irresponsible behaviour from all head managers in Varanasi. They do not even care of old and senior citizens. They cannot even give you more than 30-40 mbps of speed in 100 mbps connection. Do not go for GTPL, you should go for Airtel X tream Fibre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service compared to all internet service provider. Almost being a month I am getting daily speed 10 Mbps and while calling they are not answering. Pooor service as I am from Varanasi and working in Delhi. There e many local internet provider but gtpl is too bad
