Charged hefty amount and damaged goods. 1st issue - small truck wrong estimation - no prior visit to home leads to wrong estimation and resulted in partial dispatch with promise to pickup balance items soon. 2nd issue - blackmailing when we have to urgently shift from 1st shortlisted house to another one - they have asked to immidiately pay full amount before this shifting. 3rd issue - unfulfilled commitment after full payment - committed to pick our household goods from karnal but later on refused to pick. Even we have to follow up rigrously for 1 week to get our balance household goods. Lot of mental torture. 4th issue - worse style packaging leads to so many damages - they are not packers actually and don't know how to pack household goods. Lot of damage to our beds, small items and worse packing in bed sheets. 5th issue - bill not issued even after full payment so many days ago. We are following up since 10 days to get the bill which is issued without GST details even though same was charged.
This is our 7th shifting and we thought will get good services from allied as the owner is known to our collegue. Actual result is worst ever shifting, false insurance and wrong bill. Never ever hire this kind of packers.

Staff is thief they stole my kaminey from the wallet, and goods got delayed and also no response to the broken sofa and study table .

I booked through Allied Pack and Move (Manoj Rao) and people came from Movemate. Packed very roughly and even some items like AC outdoor did not pack. Committed that I will receive my households in same vehicle. But actually they changed several vehicles as evidenced by my stuffs when received. Fridge damaged, AC outdoor completely damaged (repairing cost 5200), Washing machine repairing 2500, Dressing table broken in 2 parts. All the stuffs like bed, dining table, computer table etc. all scratched. Once they pick stuffs, then their blackmailing starts. Initially agree for 60+40% payment and later ask for 100 % before delivery. Lead time is 2-3 times of commited time. The hike is they share fake insurance policy. I asked the insurer Bharti Ada and answer was the policy number does not exist. When I received my stuffs, it was lying like Rice Wheat bag. Be aware of these strangers, especially Mr Manoj Rao/ Yadav of Allied Pack and Move. They guys deserve for Legal proceedings but an employee is not having time for such activities.

very bad service.
They transported my household items from Delhi to bang .They delivered my dining table glass all broken .They had charged for insurance also.I was co-ordinting with Manoj from their Delhi office.Now they refuse to reimburse and they do not pick up calls...
