★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its an amazing and enriching experience for me. Rajita ma'am explained the concepts so well. We had daily practice sessions, materials to read, videos, seeing ma'am demonstrating etc etc. It was an amazing experience and one must try it. Thankyou altmindshift for this experience.

I would recommend this for deeper understanding as the instructor (Rajita ma'am) is really helpful in understanding the concepts and gaining the deeper understanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent course! Very detailed information and I plan on taking more of her courses. I was mesmerised by our trainer's (Rajita Ramachandran) conceptual clarity. All of our doubts and dilemmas were always instantly cleared. I can't think of anyone who wouldn't be engrossed in learning from her. Apart from that, the learning in hills especially was helpful in reinvigorating us all from time to time. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to know exactly how to start "applying" REBT to the clientele or anyone who is interested in gaining more self awareness as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently attended the RECBT workshop at Goa, it was indeed a lovely and informative experience to have learnt all about RECBT, under Rajita ma'am. She's extremely knowledgeable which makes learning a lot more wonderful. She's patient and understanding whilst clearing all doubts regarding RECBT and how to go on about being an RECBT practitioner.
