Alur home interior design - Bengaluru

Alur Homes has done a nice interior work for our house. It exactly matched to our expectations. We would happily recommended Alur Homes. Thanks to Madhu sir and Richa mam for their co-operation during the covid times. Also would like to thank their staffs who are very technically sounds....

We had got our apartment interiors done by Alur homes @ Prestige Ferns Residency. They did a good job and the quality is commendable. It was a one stop solution with everything under one roof including false ceiling,sofas,cots and dining, apart from electrical and painting work. Mr Madhusudan and Mrs Richa were very cordial and are like family. The amount of appreciation we get from those who visit our home is a perfect example of their hard work. We extend our sincere gratitude to the entire team of Alur homes for this stupendous work and wish them the very best in their future endeavours.

After intense research on the interior designers online and in-person meetings......We interacted with Mr. Madhusudan and Mrs. Richa one day and it was that first impression that helped us to select the interior designer for our house. We were amazed with the customer friendliness, knowledge, work experience and decided to go with them. I got my flat interiors done from Alur Home in this locked down also without any hassle. They understood my requirements, space available and planned the things within our budget. Quality of materials and fittings used is of top quality. Best place to get your home interiors done!!!

I do not want to talk about Alur home at all but it is required to make aware people about it. I know after this review, Alur home would come into the picture to prove their point. 1)First & Foremost, Alur home does not make any contract on papers. That’s why they do their own things. They also never provide any documents for completion of project. 2)They will keep asking for payments. Suddenly they will talk about trust when you will ask for their work at your place. With the word ‘they’ I’m referring Richa & Madhusudan. They talk in such a manner as if they are giving you ultimatum. Eg. ‘If you do payment then only I will leave truck (with carcasses and interior stuffs) from here’. 3)Secondly, they will tell you so big words like ‘your dream home is our dream home”, and definitely you would get impressed. I would always curse myself for choosing Alur home. It’s my biggest mistake. Why I’m putting such strong comment- because Alur home never delivered what they have shown in design. They never provided PROPER 2D design. They have shared few PDFs in bits & parts. 3D design is out of the question. We never got that. 4)As per design we wanted white light in kitchen (below overhead unit) but they provided warm white. They never bothered to change it. 5)They never provided light provision in wooden rafting in kitchen but it was in design. 6)They made distorted square false ceiling in master bedroom. They made poor false ceiling in living too. 7)They have charged irrationally for few things separately at the end of the project which were already paid earlier. They were so adamant for almost Rs. 2K and they talk about trust. I want to laugh loudly here. 8)In the design, we have asked TV unit height 1 feet from the ground. But they made half feet height from the ground. Coercion is the limit. 9)Electrician work was worst. 10)They started the project from June’21 but got completed in Sept’21. They have promised the project to be completed in 45 days after the carcassing. 11)They made our dream home where dream home owner is not happy. What a service Alur home has provided. 12)They might working fine for projects of crores but this is the fact that they have only mentality of sucking money from the clients and delaying the project until and unless you never make them call. 13)One weird thing I want to share. Whenever we did follow up (if it’s on Tuesday), Madhusudan told us – “We don’t work on Tuesday”. Suddenly Madhusudan was not taking any responsibilities for our project and asking us to call their workers and do follow up. Coincidently one fine Tuesday we did follow up with his carpenter. He was working on another site with some other project so he could not come to work at our place. I agree with one of the reviewer- Jiten Khatavkar on houzz.com that they never pick up your call. They all are always busy. What kind of interior designer who are busy for their customers only. Lol. Whenever we call either Madhusudan or Richa, we always got auto generated text messages stating that call you later. This message can be sent only if you are disconnecting the call. If any customer is writing such extent, this means it can’t be fake. So please be aware of Alur home. They ain’t professional interior designer. We did kitchen counter work & few light provisions & electrician work separately which Alur home denied at crucial point to work on.

To some extent I agree that they provide somewhat better quality but for not all interior things. There other very important reasons to consider before opting for Alur Homes. Please go through my list below The reason why I have given rating 2 is due to below reasons 1. Not at all responsive and highly delayed. 2. Multiple follow ups which is very very frustrating. I have done multiple follow ups and got tired and frustrated. 3. Worst finishing in our Kitchen. I will be very happy to be invited to our house to show the finishing. 4. Whatever they promise the customer service they provide is trash. 5. Their curtains quality and finishing is very very poor. I have asked them multiple times to correct it. Whenever I call them regarding this they will tell some story but they have never addressed it. 6. The main problem with Mr. Madhusudhan and Mrs.Richa is they won't check whether the interiors are happening as per the agreed 2D diagrams. Always I have to visit my house and tell them what went wrong. Is it for this reason that we are hiring the interiors company and paying a hefty amount to them please think? 7. The other problem is they won't check and verify whether the things are getting manufactured according to the design and will simply install in the house. For example our Living Room Partition is quite different from what we have shared and it spoiled our interior look in the main area hall. 8. They always mention that they are ready to take feedback and correct themselves but it never happened. 9. Lastly this is kind of shocking to me. They have installed a dining table where the stone top is broken which they have repaired it and installed in our house. When I ask them back they are saying it is expected with the Granite stone. If they would have mentioned to us before it is normal with Granite stone then why would I go with Granite top? These guys don't care about our hard earned money. No value to customer sentiments. 10. All the wooden planks installed in the cupboards are bending and when I ask them they say that it is expected. Based on my experience I will not suggest Alur Homes to any one because no value for money . Request to everyone please don't provide fake reviews. Let us share genuine reviews so that others will be benefited. I will be very happy to join a google meet link to share our experience with them. Update on May 3rd 2022 Alur Homes has assured to fix all the above things after our visiting our house in October 2021 but it is getting delayed a lot even after few follow ups. They have started the work but it is very very slowly. Yet to fix the below major things and waiting on the below 1. Curtains which is point #5 2. Dining Table which is point #9 3. Partition which is point #7 Below small things are fixed 1. Wall papers 2. Kitchen one wardrobe fixes. Will give my review again based on how they are fixing the things.

Alur homes has done an amazing job with our house. Their involvement in design has been very good. I love the puja room design they gave us. They also appraised us of latest trends like wicker baskets..under the sink water filter, usage of materials like quartz for counter top. Amount of time they spent on helping us with decor is really appreciated. They completed the project within 3 months which was in line with our expectation. It was a one stop shop for us. In fact our Furniture is designed by them and is the star of our house. Overall a very good experience. Highly recommended.

My experience with Alur home was great. Right from spending time on enriching our ideas to delivering the product, they were with us. I liked the clarity on finances and payment modules. We stuck to our part and they seamlessly delivered on their part. They have a good knack of providing comfort along with rich and sophisticated looks. So one can easily depend on them. Our kids room, wardrobes. furniture and overall decor has been praised and liked by pretty much everyone. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is keen on getting genuine products with stylish looks and still financially reasonable.

Madhu ji & Richa ji from Alur Homes delivered our dream house. Their taste, attention to details and craftsmanship is top notch. They will go the extra mile to understand your taste and help in designing both aesthetically pleasing, practical and durable work. Also a huge shoutout to their team who are very skilled, disciplined and hardworking. We used their services for wood work (cabinets, stairs, book shelf, bathroom cabinets), mirror work, false ceiling and electrical work. Our experience with them has been amazing and I would highly recommend them.
