★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service done on 25th mar 2022 after the service bike has got problem of radiator fan is not working, every time facing new problems after service, one of the worst experience in amba bajaj at gb palya, this is second time i am facing problem after service, my bike didn't run 75km after service and my bike ran only total 19801km, I am really disappointed with your service and please look into this problem and check what is going on this service station, all employees don't care and don't take the responsibility, very very bad service experience and bill also fake they didn't replace the break pad but they charged in bill, I never recommend this service station, I request you all don't buy and don't give bikes to this service station for service,

Service is really good, very good customer friendly and must appreciate Mr. Praveen (Service Manager) and Mr. Babu (Service Attender), if anyone has any issues in your bike, please do visit the Amba GB Palya branch and they will get all your issues cleared and we feel so happy why because our problems are getting resolved and the people there are ready to listen to the issues we are facing with the bike. I suggest this to everyone.

First we went for test drive. As soon as we started the bike it ran out of petrol then we had to walk all the way to the showroom.
We neways decided to go ahead with the bike.
Loan propose was smooth the guy explained everything in detail.
We received the bike within a week. They promised RC will be received at home address
We waited for 4 month but we had no clue on our RC book. We continuously called the service center but they had no positive response. 5th month we finally received our RC but we had to travel all the way to the service center to get it. Overall it was super stressful. Bike performance was as expected. I recommend people to go ahead with Bajaj but requesting you to go for some other service center. Please avoid this as much as possible. Our experience was not good. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and very helpful staff. Charge a bit more than fixed rates by adding up unnecessary charges to in fate on road price for which you don't get a bill. Purchased a sports bike and got a fancy number without even request.
