Got my Himalayan within 2 months of booking period, from there. The manager and most of the staffs are helpfull. I had some issues with my bike initially but that have been resolved by Jayprakash sir, Nice person with helping attitude. The only thing is that for anything the management will say that they will call you back when the things will be available, but you have to follow up a lot. It will take time but the issues will get resolved.

I have booked my bike before 20 days and the marketing guy told it will be delivered even within 20 days . Yesterday when I visited them personally they r saying 60 days as per the documents shared. But i see one customer saying it is delaying further . If the bike is not given at the right time , I would definitely push for the legal case against RE and this dealer. Better RE can warn dealers of these kind . Already a complaint is raised waiting for some positive outcome. @royal Enfield

I booked a standard bullet 350. While taking the booking the sales person told that the bike will be coming by 25th of Jan and that all paperwork will be complete by Feb 1st week. Today, as of 26th Jan, there is no status provided. Every time you call, someone else takes the phone and you have to explain your problem again and again. It has been seven attempts, trying to speak to the manager. The manager seems more busy than the P.M. himself. The experience has been horrible. The experience did change a bit because the showroom delivered the Bullet shortly, by 8th Feb. Thankful to the team.

Worst and pathetic service , they will take your booking amount and then forget about it, forget about delivery date, you have to constantly follow up on them to ask where is my bike where is my bike and everytime they will have the same answer sir we have sent the mail to royal Enfield. Worst dealer experience ever , they won't even refund you the money. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED GO FOR OTHER DEALERS . AVOID PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM TEKNIK MOTORS.

Pathetic service provided by the showroom here. I booked Classic 350 here and I regret my decision every day. During sales they will mention they will deliver within 2 months but did not receive till now after more than 3 months. You have to constantly follow up with them and repeat your problem every time and always receive same answer as "we will let you know". After making full payment I was told all paperwork and insurance will be done within 7 days, and today is 11th day and still nothing done. I had to call them and remind and then they started working on it on Day 11 after full payment giving lame excuses. Please avoid this showroom and visit other better Royal Enfield showrooms in Koramangala and Jayanagar.

*Worst Royal Enfield Dealership Alert* Teknik Motorcycles private limited Iblur(HSR Layout) People living in Bangalore, please opt for a different dealership other than Teknik motorcycles private limited. I was lucky enough to dodge a bullet, imagine if I would've bought a bike then what kind of service I would be getting. I had booked a Royal Enfield Fireball Red back in October, at the time of booking the salesperson assured me that I will be getting it within 30-45 days but the tentative date was given as 18th January, I called multiple times during these 3 months and was given the same answer that they don't have it in stock and as soon as it comes it will be delivered to me. On 18th January which was the promised date though a tentative one they told i will have to wait for a week. I ran out of patience and finally cancelled it on 20th January. I bought a Yezdi Roadster instead and got it delivered within 10 days. When I came to the showroom to cancel the booking, they were not at all concerned. The marketing team didn't even bother to ask me why I am cancelling this. This attitude will surely let them and the company down. Roual Enfield should pay more attention to atleast train the marketing people who should know basics. They told the advance booking amount (10,000rs) will be refunded to my bank account within 20 days. Its been a month now and still i have to follow up everyday. Received it today(21st February) after following up for like I lost the count. The most irritating thing is everytime I call a different person picks up the call and I have to explain him everything. I went from my Whitefield to their showroom to check about the refund. The accounts team and the store manager assured me I will be getting back my refund within a day or two as it was a weekend. Its been a week since then and there is no proper update. Store manager doesn't pick up the call. When I call at the store they will tell they will call back in 2mins after checking with accounts team but the they never call back. There are several google reviews complaining about the same thing but they will never improve despite of such reviews.

If you ask them for any accessories.. some guys busy in phone replies " Give him service centre phone no and ask him only to contact in kannada " I am born and brought up here I understand kannada... Only when u by a bike from them they show full respect once bike is delivered next question who are u.. definitely my next bike won't be from them. Worst after sales experience..

I have bought my Himalayan bike from RE Sarjapur branch, Bangalore. Mr Chowda Reddy & Chethan Gowda have assisted and helped from booking to delivery, they were really helpful. I personally recommend to buy RE bike from this store.
