• High and extra cost
• Negative attitude
• Unprofessionals
• One week to resolve common issues
Here is what i have faced there and there are many others who faced same issues.
There is guy out there with beard who thinks himself as CEO of tvs and will treat customers as beggars. I felt like he never uttered truth from his mouth in his entire life. I kept my bike there on Sunday and have been told that i will be getting it back within two days. When i went after two days they started lying and continued it for five days. Finally when i went in and i saw that they didn’t even check out for the issues in five days. They continuously lied me over the bike issues and charged me with irrelevant and not needed parts. Look at the invoice what and all things they have done..
The issue i registered them was just wiring problems and it still remains unsolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never service your scooter here they are unprofessional, mechanics are not trained, just they do a temporary fix for the issue, never trust them. Not everyone has the skills to even talk. Everybody talks rudely. Very unprofessional service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been frequenting this service center for my vehicle service needs and they have been fair on my pocket.
Service quality can be good sometimes and sometimes have scope for betterment but they've not been worse.
It's difficult to locate this place on your own as it is in the bi-lanes and would need assistance from maps or people.
Service guys speak most of the languages as is with any Bangalurean and communication is a breeze.
My three year association with Indian motors and it's service has been pleasant and would certainly go with them for the next purchase.
