All volunteers are very friendly and experienced,there is separate batch for men and women.Also a special batch for people suffering from heart diseases,pressure related problems,back ache etc.
This organization works for free and you receive a certificate from Ambika yog kutir at completion of the first 3 months basic course.
Paranayam and other difficult aasans can be practised once they feel you are capable enough and recommend you to join thana branch.
