★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The trainer doesnt know what to do with beginers...i went for trial session and 2nd day my bp got increased was too exausted coz she just asked me to over do excercise and from which only 2 or 3 were yoga steps...and later they are still calling continously wven after i said i dont wanna join this is too irritating...
