★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project is at nice location, builders concept seems descent. We are planning to buy an office space so visited sales office. Unfortunately our enquiry attended by sales lady (Aditi.... Non stop speaker.. less listener). Being a group bookings ours quries were quite genuine and honest but we got straight forward illogical and kind of rude answers.
- Sales lady tells agreement cost but denies detailed breakdown of the cost.
- parking cost in this project will be charged on square feet basis, Sales lady dont know how much per square feet cost.
- For common Infra -charges are on per square feet basis.
- Madam told super intersting point that society formation charges are also on per square feet basis ?
-After Rera there is no concept of builtup area calculation with addition loading percentage but every cost like area, parking, DG backup, infra cost, society formation cost mentioned here are based on sellable area which is carpet+45%
Bass legal charges per square feet pe hai ya nahi wo nahi bataya madam ne ?? curious to know legal draft changes as per square feet ?
