★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a dining place to die for, it will be still something you'll go every time you want to taste a really good but still cheap biryani in Koramangala. Not too spicy it has a true Ambur-style biryani & a chicken kebab that you want to taste repeatedly if you "take-away" food often.

I don't know what attitude these people have so they act so rude with the customers.. the boy sitting on the counter may either be dumb n blind too... Never want to go back to this place again... everyone here can go to them for a best biryani with the rude behavior... What else can we expect from these people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken Kabab is one of the dishes most of the people especially Indians would prefer for its spicy and crispy tasty chicken...chicken is rich in protein source,it is more tastier and beautiful texture and the juicy Kabab oh yeah just mouth watering... Chicken Kabab can be served along with rice or anyother dishes. Ambur biryani gets its colour from the masala blend made with dried red chillies and tomatoes among other ingredients. But despite the use of chillies, it isn’t as spicy as the donne or Andhra style biryanis. Ambur Star Briyani, which is known for its authenticity, owes it origins to Hasin Baig who is believed to have cooked in the kitchens of the Arcot Nawabs. Made with jeera samba rice, the meat and masala are cooked together before being mixed with partially-cooked rice and finished on dum with hot coal and firewood placed on the lid and around the vessel. In keeping with tradition, Ambur biryani is served with a brinjal curry and onion raita.
