★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know there are alot of nice reviews and a very few bad ones...Even i would have given 5 stars for this shop. Coz the collection is very good and prices are good..the sales man was very good...no complaints there..
However, we bought lehengas and as usual gave it for alterations. We were not from surat..we came from Maharashtra..
They gave us the delivery date...which was earlier than the day we arrived...and we had called about the status..they said its ready...
They made us wait for sooooo long...and finally gave my lehengas...to my surprise...it was exactly the way i left it...no alterations..no sleeves..no length reduction...nothing...
We couldn't leave it again with them..coz we had collected everything from surat and were not going to come back..
So my advice for outstation customers is not to leave the product behind for alterations...just take it with you and alter it in ur place,..dont waste time here..
I wasted my time as well as money for alterations from outside...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to shop for bridal outfits. The new location is amazing. My family has been purchasing from this place since ages. The quality of products, staff personnel's behavior, welcoming manner, reasonable price and one of its kind experience makes this place a must visit.
I had the chance to work with Mitesh at the store, who helped me choose my bridal outfit. Being a picky customer who doesn't opt for traditional or too modern pieces, it would've been a hard shopping experience, but he completely turned it around and made me feel like I was gonna make the most beautiful bride ever. Thanks Mitesh, thanks Amrut!
