They had their own gold rate-700 rupees higher than market gold price
Staff will pamper you till you give order
Once you will give order and payment no one is there to answer you if you go personally there & that responsible person always intrest in new customer only
No one give their number and owner number
When you call directly over shop person who took order will always busy in other customer and same reply to our call - will pass your msg to that sales person to call back you but never they call back
So everytime for each and every quiry you have to go directly to shop
When we give some changes in jewellary at the time of order and when we go to collect jewellary if we find differance then they asking for proof from us to show where you written changes that you ordered at that time
This is his way of talking
And if any dispute is there then they will tell us to wait till their resposible sales person came back from holidays to with whom we deal for 4-5 days and our maraige function is only 2 days left from that date no one care for your function
