★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There aren't any good florists around. Therefore the ones like Exzora charge high. The quality of flowers has deteriorated quite a lot over the period of last few years, and therefore you might hesitate spending that lot of money on them. Delivery truly sucks! Their delivery staff aren't locals, hence they do not understand /speak gujarati. It's quite an effort explaining them as basic as the area names, forget the landmarks(they know nothing). Outstation bouquets are quite expensive as well, however, since they have tied up with local florists, delivery is not an hassle. Overall, I struggle each time I place an order, be it quality, quantity, delivery, and amount of time spent. But, like i said not too many decent florists around, hence no options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a rather old fashioned bouquet shop. Yes it says since 1994 but there are still better decorating bouquet florist around in Surat. I would recommend to skip it.
