★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Staff need to be trained on being professional with atleast a bit of a personalized touch. It was a very painful time spent while the staff was drawing blood samples.
I have never felt this painful in all my lifetime.
The staff was not bothered, while it was brought to her notice. Anandlabs is not doing any favour to me. I am paying for the service rendered. They need to be courteour and professionally qualified to do such process.
Not acceptable at all. Anandlabs need to do a lot of homework on the staff being thorougly equipped to handle customers.
Will not ever visit Anand labs at all.
Would advice, do not visit this outlet at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting KengeriST branch from 2019. I have always had good experience. But today(1/09/21) I visited for tests regarding dengue and RTPCR. The customer executive Ms. Vishnu Vandana took sample for dengue and told me in RR Nagar branch they do RTPCR. She even directed me the route to RR Nagar branch at 6pm. She did not care to tell me they take sample only in the mornings and do not do rapid antigen test. I went all the way to RR Nagar and returned. Please, make sure your customer executives are well informed.
