★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anand Ashram (orphanage) is well known serving center for poor people since few decades. It is serving in and around Bannerghatta Road residents or overall Bangalore people. It is near Bismillah Nagar, or the bus stop itself called as 'Ashram' if you pass by through Bannerghatta Road, as landmark too.
They manages prayer and take care too. One of the best service center for poor and needy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a secured home for elderly who have been abandoned by their family members?
They accept contributions in the form of food grains, biscuits, fruits, etc. If someone plans to contribute, kindly keep in mind the health factor of the elderly people. Visiting hours are between 4 and 5 in the evening.
More than the materialistic contributions, they long for love. Do visit them. It would cheer them up.
The place but needs a renovation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful place.Smells like urine at the entrance. At entrance they sit out all the patients who are hooked to ivys. Extremely unclean. Dark inside. I went there a few months ago to check it out for my father. It’s dark unhealthy place.

Food is prepared which suitable to senior citizens and weekly doctor visit and all the senior citizens need to consult the doctor. Ample place for them to relax and live with peace of mind.
