I have not recd refund for the two cancelled apparels , nor I am able to contact them in the phone number given, It is switched off and time now ois 11.06

A lady called and said the product available is damaged ,hence they will initiate transfer of refund with few days
On enquiry after few days,I was been told tbe refund will take place within 8 working days.l
Its been 3 to 4 weeks there's is no response,on calling their store in Palliduim , am told by the Manger ,he would revert immediately.
Again upon calling him ,tbe answer " have sent a e-mail.
V disappointing.
Recommd not to purchase online.
