★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food.. service is a bit slow.. good ambience.. staff co-operative.. vehicle parking might be tricky here as it's on main road, but can ask restaurant staff, they would help you in that.. being Hyderabadi cuisine restaurant, food is good for vegetarians as well..

You don't need to go to Paradise Restaurant (Famous Hyderabad Joint) for authentic one. You can get it here in Pune itself. Nice taste. Amazing location. Price is very reasonable. Full chicken biryani will come to you @Rs.369/-

review : okay i was hungry afternoon searching a hyderabadi biryani in vimamnagar vicinity so stopped hear due to the huge entrance attraction of Hyderabad charminar.
i would rate 3 star. or max 3.5, a not so bad not not good or best biryani place.
# slightly overpriced to the portions.
but not highly priced.
# the place upstairs has too many chairs and seating arrangements not much space to move around like every table is just close enough.
# the biryani was served less than warm not hot.
# the onions wer precut and kept which loose its freshness its not a local hotel suppose to be
# the chicken was cooked properly taste good. but the tatse i found nothing like old city recipe its same which u get in hyderabadi hotel around pune as whole.
# Personally i did not like the garvy which is the main taste with any biryani.
# no cold water served as specially in 40 degree summers
3.5 stars from my side performance in accordance to how attractive it is at the entrance.

The Biryani was no where close to what even small catering services offer. All dried up and too chewy.
Just the presentation of food is good.
Not a value for money in any way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ totally enjoyed this place. Be it food or their service. It's a 10/10. For me they truly rely with their name. Ancient Hyderabad. Typical Chicken Hyderabadi biryani with the Roads and Raita as they usually serve in Hyderabad. The Mutton Haleem... OMG it was the best Haleem I ever had. Double ka meeta was too sweet but that's how it's meant to be. The prices are normal as any other restaurant.
I would really like to mention one of the staff member who was serving us, Hakeem or Hashim, I'm sorry but unable to recall the exact name. But he was the most kind and generous staff member. The service is excellent.
Kudos to entire Ancient Hyderabad staff! ??
