★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Burgman is only 30.days old and already the battery is gone. They Charged the battery for around 5 hours. But that didnt help. I am suffering.a lot now. But I think the people are not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicing was awesome, wish it had more stations. If you don't visit in the morning, the service can take a lot of time. Staffs and employees were very polite and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely dissatisfied with their services and behaviour. Very unprofessional staff. They don't have any manner. During free servicing of your bike/scooty the don't check even properly. They only look for paid service. Suzuki company should look into this. Otherwise within few days sells of Suzuki bike/scooty will hamper drastically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stuff behaviour is bad. Servicing is also not professional. I went for the 1st servicing of my Suzuki Burgman, they kept the gear oil knob loose. That causes a lot of oil leakage.
Otherwise not that bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u want to visit this service center u have to follow the directions on Google map , it’s correct . Service center is nice and if u r giving ur scooty or bike for the servicing they will mostly handover it to u in 2 hrs but they don’t clean ur vehicle properly soo plz check it before u leave. U can wait there as they have ac waiting chamber so no inconvenience will be caused while waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service....I don't wanna shout out but still I think this one is important to share.
If your parts are not there and you have to order it... They will tell it can take 10-15 days to come as it will come from Gurugaon... Then after 15 days you call them, they will say your order is placed, billing is pending... After billing it can take 10 more days.... No commitment from there side.
At last they will say, go to another dealer and thus cut the call.
Please beware before you visit this service center. Please.

They noted down all the problems in the bike and solved each and every specs. Also they had delivered my bike an hour before the scheduled delivery time.. good job Animesh Suzuki, chinar park ?
