Lift, power backup generator, security, camera surveillance, 2 wheeler and car parking. Near by amenities and easily accessible to ring road.

The owner is anitha who stays outside India maintained by her father Mr Bala Krishna
We paid rent of 16000 from 2017 June to 2022 Feb , we left the place Feb second week for medical reasons and March 18th the lock down started ,informed Mr Bala Krishna that we are vacating he told not to pay rent for notice period will deduct in advance agreed for same
Than lockdown couldn't return to city and such a cruel man he asked us to send rental agreement we did same trusting him
Just imagine after two months complete lock how the house will be Mr Bala Krishna took pics of dust n told it s not maintained clean
N you can't see how salty the water will b the wash basin was rusted for not using it for two months
Who all returned long lockdown to house can witness this
The key was sent to him in post and it was first lockdown the key reached on May 4th
So Feb March and may rent was deducted
Painting charge one month so totally four months
And cleaning he deducted money
We was both they for three months took maintaince charge too
Last was 2000 from one lakh he told will give and said no money later
Hard earned money one lakh went away
The rent we have to send to Anitha bank holder Indian overseas Bank
They s a watchman Raja and his wife can't find such a hopeless person in world , if power goes should go literally beg to put the generator and steps balcony will never will b cleant
The lift gets lock two times i was caught and hopeless surroundings no one will help to come too
Anitha if your reading this u hav to know ur tenants are so much struggling here giving away the deposit
Don't ever do this for any one in pandemic we had suffered so much because of your father , literally he will start shouting we just gave up for his aged related helath issues
Trust me even now i regret why i took your house for rent

House is beautifully built but the owner who is Bala krishna just takes away the deposit
Camera doesnt work
parking cant park cycle too the watchman wife says that some one will take away keep in your house (Big cycle not small ones)
Watchman Raja who will be in his real estate business cant find him inside the wall even in night times
anyone can knock your house and take away things in balcony (watchman and his wife will say was not in house , watchman wife will go as baby sitter and watchman in his business)
backup genrator ufff you have to go n request them to put when your wfh if power cuts god only has to help always watchman will say no diesel .the brilliant house onwer had told only during night times to on the generator
Lift if your bad luck you will be caught inside the lift this what the owner and watchman will say BAD LUCK not lift issue
the lift operator will assit in call how to get it repaired
all of above you have to forget your depoist , the balakrishna who is old person supervise its daughter property just adds this that even in common balcony steps is damaged your the CAUSE
and if you give the maintaince money on that minute the hike eill happen that from this month we are charging extra no prior information
Raja the watchman will ask you money for anything and everything
Bala krishna dont ever take the hard earned money , what ypur doing is not correct for your age . I had huge respect but you lost evrything
