★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in a quiet neighbourhood. Spacious flats with sufficient parking. Schools, shopping centres and hospital close by (within 3 kms).
The only cons are the hard water, occasional harassment by the BESCO guys who cut off the power for some bribe (despite paying electricity bills) and the roads.
