Aanchal has been very understanding and where needed provided the right feedback and direction. I would recommend using ALC very strongly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starting therapy with Another Light Counselling has been a great decision. My therapist, Malavika is extremely professional, and very helpful. She has taken efforts from the first day to make it a comfortable, safe space for me to share. I wasn't very keen on therapy before but now I look forward to it and I have made great progress with Malavika's help. She is always ready to help, open minded and a really friendly. Their website is also very welcoming. I was told about ALC from a friend and I am glad I started therapy here, seems like a perfect fit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with them has been wonderful. My therapist is very empathetic and creates a safe space for me. I am experiencing good progress. I found out about ALC from a friend who recommended them highly and their recommendation actually lived up to the high praise. From day 1 I have been made to feel very safe and I am able to have a productive session every time. my therapist Malavika is very non-judgemental and has a good hold on her subject. Her methods Rare working for me and the fear associated with therapy is gone now. In fact, I look forward to my therapy sessions as a healthy and important part of my life for healing.
In my opinion, they check all the boxes for good therapists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to therapy here for a little over two months and I would highly recommend the therapists here. Anchal Narang has helped me unpack my trauma in a safe and well guided manner and I feel very lucky to have found her.
It's always hard to find a good trauma specialist; also hard to find one that's affordable. I found both here.
Highly recommended for anyone who is looking to work through trauma and heal.

They focused on listening and evaluating my situation in a patient and unbiased manner since the very beginning, which has led to significant improvement in my symptoms within a relatively short duration of time.
