★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheat builder Anshul Realties only false promise given by this builder. Anshul Realties promise to give possession of flats in 2 years and even after 3 years they are not giving possession. (In all housing schemes launch by Anshul Realties builder). Anshul Realties will charge 20% quarterly interest on delay payment and give penalty on delay possession 9% and this will be adjusted at the time of possession. There is no ethic no moral of this builder never book flats in Anshul Realties

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am owner of flat in Anshul Casa, Kaspate Wasti. The project is nicely designed and have ample of space for kids to play. The garden and other amenities are in condition. The builder has provided very good quality flooring and taps in kitchen and washroom. Rooms are quite spacious. After possession support is quite good, we have got out wash basin replaced even after 1.5 years after possession.
Overall Builder is trustworthy

We searched so many residential projects, but nothing impressed me like Anshul EVA project did. It is more than one year, I bought 3 BHK flat, feeling very much happy to be part of Anshul Developers.Very good construction quality and work, I must say it has everything to give comfortable and modern lifestyle.

1. Many false promises made and just given dates after dates.
2. Multiple issues observed in the flat which were not fixed even after multiple complaints, visits and follow-ups.
3. My flat's main door had multiple duplicate keys with multiple staff members which is a big security flaw.
4. Door lock not changed even after promising multiple times.
5. Changes were not made regarding property tax ownership which resulted me in paying a hell lot of tax, more than double.
6. Staff changing very frequently and no one takes the responsibility of the fake promises made by earlier staff members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anshul Realities is a company full of fake people. Fake promises, corrupt people. They hire you, get the work done and won’t pay the salary.. same thing they do to the contractors also. Many of the contractors complaint that they haven’t been paid since last 2/3/4 years.
There are a lot of issues at the company.
They simply harass the staff, insult them and make false promises at interview..

Sadly, I bought an apartment from them.
They did not adhere to any promises done before making the payments.
1. Did not put the name plates on door, mailbox and in common area
2. Lost a key for an apartment and provided only 2 (Not sure if it's actually lost, and not sure why the lock was not changed if it was a mistake from their side)
Height of unprofessionalism is:
They registered me with a different spelling in my name. Sandip vs Sandeep. This is even after me constantly reminding about the correct spelling of my name.
I can no longer use these documents for any reference.
