★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly disappointed with the service and especially charges. I had to rent an Oxygen Concentrator for a week and they charged Rs.250/- per day for a Local Made Concentrator whereas company like Portea rents out Phillips Concentrator for Rs.4500 per month.
Now about the service, there an unpleasant experience at the very beginning but i wont mention that but then I needed the machine for 8 days and then I informed them and requested to collect the concentrator. They delayed from their end and when came to collect the machine they asked for more money for the extra days and delivery charges additionally which was not agreed before. However since we denied to pay he has to accept the rent for 8 days. This absolutely unprofessional.

They responded at once, within 20 minutes they came with the oxygen cylinder, fitted efficiently for the patient at my residence. I am overwhelmed by their dedication and sincerity.
