★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No words to describe an incredible trainer Mr Depain! He is always smiling, courteous, very professional and knowledgable person. He not only guided me in workout but also changed my perspective towards fitness and health. He is very optimistic and always motivated me in achieving my fitness goals. I started my journey with low motivation, high weight, high fat but with time i could observe the changes and have shredded more than 9kgs in a very short time span!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once gyms opened after COVID 19 pandemic I restarted my fitness journey in anytime fitness sec 108 once again. Initially I needed a PT to keep me motivated and achieve my fitness goals. Luckily I found Depain. I had a couple of trainers before but this guy was the first who made me realise the importance of diet. He continously, scientifically explained what is needed and what not and why. His continous "scientific" explanation made a major change in the views for a junk/fast food lover like me. Depain is extremely cautious to avoid injury and overtraining, but puts his genuine effort to make us consistent. If I miss a day he would personally enquire why am I missing, and if possible reschedule the slot so no day is wasted. I hired him as my PT for one complete session and then renewed 3rd consecutive times. Gym officials are friendly, cooperative, helpful. The most important point is all the state of art equipments function always and if something is broken then that is either fixed or replaced in no time.

I would call ATF as my stress-buster place. The facility has good number of equipments, is very clean, is sanitised almost every hour, with friendly staff and trainers available round the clock. The USP is that this is open 24*7 and has ample parking space.
The trainers are very knowledgeable and guide/help you with correct form.
And special mention of personal trainer - Rishabh who is friendly, professional & very knowledgeable, and has been helping me get into shape; And I have vastly improved on my strength over last few months.

Highly recommended for its management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been gyming for many years and recently joined this gym. Needless to say the staff is really awesome. Every instructor is ready to help you even if you have not taken PT. They guide you to the best. Especially Rohan sir. He is thorough with his work. All instructors are knowledgeable unlike many other gyms I have tried. Their group classes are awesome. Their gym equipments are the best by far. Even in covid they have maintained all standards to be safe unlike many other gyms. Hope they continue to be the way they are.
