Project logout is very good, each flat are coner flat . Apex Alphabet is the corner project of sport City, 3 side open project .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over hyped Project. Orientation of the project is good as per the price. But, I am not satisfied with the Build quality and maintenance in the first impression.
Claiming to be on Mivan construction, you can notice damp walls or patches during such an initial phase and many other observations in the first visit.
If Sample flat is not maintained or portrayed properly, how can someone imagine a good maintenance from the Builder.
No amenities are promised to be delivered with the first phase which itself blurs the image of the project.
Project is Good to consider for the people who are looking for a view from the flat in a low budget.
People looking for a good quality of construction and maintenance, please double-check.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Property is not approved by any bank. Home loans are not available. No progress in construction. Apex got this project in 2020 and in last 2 years not able to get approval from any bank. They will give excuses of corona, election etc . But All government and bank activities was in progress during corona time. In last two years very less construction work was done.
