When I buy new active they give me duplicate side mirror.... They cheat me.... I go to showroom with all proof after that they change it....
Staff behaviour is very bad and COUSTMER service is very bad....
I recommend DO NOT BUY ACTIVA WITH APEX HONDA ANJLI BRANCH....
ONE STAR ALSO NOT FOR THEM....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst after sales service . 42 days completed still i am waiting for my vehicle number . Guys who is handling are irresponsible for their work even they are not properly trained how to answer customer i am continuously taking followup but not getting response from them(JAYDEV , HET SHAH ) .I have all the call recording how they are committing to customer and how frequently they changed commitment . I cross check with Punjab honda they said Max 25 days require for vehicle number .
Today i called 10 times but did got answer . They said your bill and insurance is not ready . I surprise how this possible after 42 days . I am going to lodge complaints against them in RTO .
Such a third class service . Don't buy vehicle from APPEX Honda .

Give some trainning for a nice gesture to your employees. They dont know how to treat a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have worst Honda Service Center they just makes you fool and only wants money.
I had given my Activa there for service including engine oil change they took the money and don't even changed the engine oil they are really so bad at servicing they don't even lubricated the activa. Really hated it please don't waste your money and don't go here for servicing your vehicles.
