Technicians are not at all competent ...for simple replacement of my Activa's head light bulb...when initially I took my Activa to their workshop the staff said they need to replace the bulb...I gave them go ahead... After some time staff came up with non availability of bulb which shall cost Rs.200/- and they need to manage the bulb from authorised dealer, then they managed one new bulb after some time and then they came up with another excuse that they have checked by replacing old bulb with new one and also checked swich but inspite of that still bulb is not working and I need to keep my Activa for longer period to thoroughly check the wiring. I kept the Activa with them. Upto evening 6 pm there was no call from Innovative Vijay Motors workshop and that is the time I called them whereby I was informed that there is some major fault and need to replace one another part which shall cost Rs. 1500/-. I just informed the workshop staff to return my Activa back. I took the Activa after paying them Rs. 100/- as their charges. On the way back home just within 500 mts from workshop my Activa stopped suddenly. As I checked I found the petrol is leaking. Somehow I managed and took the vehicle back to Innovate Vijay Motors workshop. This leakage problem was not there at all when I kept my Activa in workshop. The workshop guys opened the cover and then said one of fuel pipe is cut hence they replaced the same for which I paid them & returned back home. Next day that is today I took my Activa to Punjab Honda workshop behind Alfa One Mall whereby within 10 minutes the technician replaced the Bulb and charged Rs. 93/-. Now there is no problem with head light bulb. Thanks Punjab Honda staff. This is my genuine feedback. Please read my review before taking your vehicles to Innovate Vijay Motors for any small small problems also.
