★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely delayed covid report .. took 3 days to provide covid report.. customer care is worst.. take 10-15 minutes to just answer a call.. and their overs keeps talking non stop till then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely worst service. Simple tests even after informing that it's for a medical emergency don't come even after 24 hours and customer service gives, "we're sorry for the inconvenience caused" replies. Insensitive, lost lab service. never to be used again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have updated wrong patient details with Govt. portal for my RTPCR report. With wrong details (name, age etc) it's of no use and their is no response from their end wrt the complainant. No way to reach them except for a mail, which has a standard response that we are looking into the issue.

Your services are really bad for RT-PCR where Dr. Lal Pathlabs provides the report within 24 hours (my brother received in 16 hrs) you fail to provide even in 72 hours. I am definitely never using your services again.
To add, the website experience to view reports is equally bad, you definitely need to revamp the services you provide online. If you can't do it properly don't get in the business.
I wish I could rate in negative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider, Rt PCR sample was collected on 20 jan morning 8:30 AM. They told report will be published with 48 hours but didn’t get it even after 72 hour is over. Customer care doesn’t know anything if asked to connect to diagnostic center… you have to keep waiting for 1 hour still no response. These guys doesn’t care about patients health and concern. They just need money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible service. Take my advice, do not ever use Apollo diagnostics for anything. It's been more than 24 hours and I still have not received my rtpcr result. They don't have a good call back center either, useless and ineffective methods. No results or no help at all. The call center people if they do happen to pick up, will hang up on you. They don't have a good system. They don't reply to mails either. Terrible. Absolutely terrible.

Why isn't the IMA looking into this hospital for such worst followed practices and processes
The booking was done using the phone. The executive came and took the sample on 22nd Jan at 9.30 am. I followed up with the call centre repeatedly for SRF id. The customer care centre makes you wait for a minimum of 10 mins before you can connect. Then they say they will call you back, which is eternity.
When I finally told them that I will escalate, they gave me call on 23rd Jan at 6 pm to generate OTP to log in for the SRF id. They also promised me the report will come in half an hour.
It is 9.30 pm on 23rd January right now and I haven't received any report yet. While most hospitals give the reports within 12 to 24 hrs, apollo has been an exception.
This is not the first time. My company used apollo and got into serious trouble when our folks had to fly out of country. Delayed reports were huge nightmares. It is my fault that I booked from here. What a sad state of management

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disappointing service by Apollo. We booked online. One guy came and collected our samples on 12/01. Assured that we'll get the reports within 48hrs. Now after 70hrs, WE DON"T HAVE THE REPORTS yet. When we call to their customer care, they will just escalate this issue. They did it for 3 times for our issue, and still no reports available. There is no reply for mails from the support team as well.
I would advice you to go for some other options if you are planning to take RTPCR test and need the results ASAP.
You can choose Apollo, if you can wait for a one week, may be?
