★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience for Paediatric service. Quite good hospital with all necessary facilities, skilled doctors and staff. Excellent and Timely service provided by nurses and staff.
Quality food is served by hospital Canteen which is as per patient’s need and as suggested by dietician. Special attention was given considering patient being a kid. Overall satisfied with service and treatment.
A suggestion for management that few more trained paediatric nurses should be deployed to take care of kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience was very good. All staff was very nice and courtious. Especially thanks to Usha Madam who made our health check process so seamless and fast. Took care at eacj and every step so that we don't have to wait anywhere. Never ever seen such service level from anyone. Thanks to Usha madam. One more name I would like to mention... Kapil sir from TFt... Very courtious and did process very well and explained everything very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital is quite good, they provide quick service and resolution. Doctors are on round for 3-4 times a day.
Food for patient provided by Hospital canteen is good, healthy and up to the mark. It is according to the healthy diet suggested by the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good doctors. Supportive staff. But TPA desk is worst. This is the third such experience. It was clearly told 2 days back that discharge will be done on Sunday. Still the entire day is gone and still waiting for the claim to be processed. As per insurance company, the claim was not sent on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apollo is one of the best hospital amongst the corporate hospital's across the city. Staff is supportive and co-operative. Clinical and medical facilities are best in class .
Security staff and services are very strict and sometime irritates and are annoying.
Lift was failed and we 8 people's got stuck in lift for 10~15 min,that's the sad part and furthermore the phone inside lift not working and no contacts made in emergency. One staff person was also witnessed all these with us.
Good quality of food for the patients as well as the canteen services are better .
Specially hygiene is appreciated.
