On the case of emergency, I tried calling for over 10-12 times.
If this wasn't a lockdown, then I would have gone and checked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel shame to say pharmacist is handling medicine, the do not know the medicine generic name. For example: if you ask Tab paracetamol 650mg, the don't know the medicine. If you ask Tab Dolo 650mg, they will provide to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic behaviour of staff. They insult customer. I have visited more than 20 Apolo pharmacy shops in past. Each time my experience was very nice. But this place has taken down the name. I gave my feedback regarding upi payment and the staff their started misbehaving with me. He said to speak to customer care if you have any issues. Then staff present there told me to leave the place with authoritative tone. It was a bad feeling not at all expected from a chain like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Apollo pharmacy since it was an established brand. The below franchise is doing frauds. They asked me to pay through PayTM and I made the payment but then he mentioned that there is some issue and I will get a reversal and requested me to pay through cash.
It's been multiple days since i made payment and received no revert back. I checked through Paytm and they mentioned that apollo pharmacy has received the payment and i should get sorted with them.
On speaker to the franchise, they keep on mentioning that I will receive revert and do not sort the matter.Avoid these frauds

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are useless. Just useless, nothing else. They never ever pick your phone calls. No matter whatever the situation is. I tried multiple times, either No one picked the call OR getting the busy tone, which clearly means person sitting there was doing all this intentionally. Worst service from such a big brand. Why You people don't understand that No one will call you until urgent. Heartless people sitting there doing business and making money.
