★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt very comfortable with the front desk people and they coveyed the information with excellent communication and the way they dealing with patients is excellent. The front desk person mr viswnath has a knowledge of different languages to communicate with patients.

The staff was responded very well, especially Vishwanath was very much supportive to get all the formalities done to take the treatment.
The best Diagnostic Center in Bangalore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice. More affordable than many clinics. Quite efficient. Got my lab results within a couple hours of submitting my blood. Echo is available only between 9-10am. Dunno if they do home collection. Dunno why the negative reviews.
Update:
They do have a bad habit of delaying labs. One report took them 4days to send. I have to keep calling them. Sometimes they have the report ready, but dont send it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had taken my brother for diagnostic test yesterday and had a really very good experience overall. The staff were very supportive. Like to mention Mr. Vishwanath was very courteous caring and helped us all along.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The male worker in the reception desk is rude. We waited in line for 10 mins at 8am this morning and he ignored the long line and didn't attend to a single customer and when I asked him how long it will take, he answered so rudely. And he was not even attending a single person. Some 8 of us were in the line for over 10 mins. The place has gone to the dogs. They used to be good at one point of time but with receptionists like this, I think you will be better off in a different diagnostic centre. Not even worth 1 star. Very disappointed, and as a regular customer and a doctor myself, this is very sad, the kind of impression they make to the general public. Avoid at all costs. Also no social distancing maintained. Front desk people not wearing masks either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good front desk/reception providing required information to customers/patients, not really much waiting time(depends on the time of day you visit). Very fast billing and even reports are available faster when compared to other centers in the locality/area.
Negative/disadvantage is the staff/nurse who collect the blood samples, again this depends on staff(who are available). Had visited once in the morning on weekend, the staff was really good who did a very good job. Visited on weekday late in the evening, couple of staff are pathetic they could draw blood sample even with two pricking on two hands on an elder women, which is completely unacceptable. Management need to counsel and educate their staff about this and take corrective measure.
