★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service centre around. Wanted my screen replaced. While the charges were exorbitant they wanted to reset the phone to factory settings for replacing of the screen. This is ridiculous - high time Apple understands the value of providing good service to customers. They are otherwise destined to become the next 'Yahoo'.

They really think from customer point of view. Highly customer centric.
I went to this service center with my IPhone X which had a touch issue and green lines on my screen. As per the Apple chat support, my phone qualified for a quality program where I was supposed to get a free screen replacement.
The guy in B2X checked my phone, generated the diagnostic report and considered it for a free screen replacement after validating it with Apple.
Within one day, I got my phone screen replaced.
I would highly recommend everyone to go to B2X media to get their device serviced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. The service executive is extremely helpful. He thoroughly explained to me regarding the problems with my device and cleared all my doubts. The servicing was fast and completely hassle-free.
I had a little difficulty in locating the service centre at first. The store doesn't have a big front like in the pictures. Its not located in galleria as in pictures. Its a small glass walled store just beside the Nail-pie salon in the 2nd floor of axis mall. Dont let the front fool you. Their servicing is impeccable.
